Wolves express interest in Gremio centre-back Walter Kannemann

Wolves have expressed an interest in Argentine centre back Walter Kannemann.
The tough-tackling 28-year old is playing for Gremio in Brazil and has been the subject of enquiries from Arsenal and Atletico Madrid earlier this year.
Gremio would sell the combative Argentina international, nicknamed The Viking, for £10.2million and he is keen to move to Europe.
Kannemann also has an Italian passport.
Having commenced his career at San Lorenzo, Kannemann joined Atlas in 2015 prior to sealing a switch to Gremio a year later.
Kannemann made his Argentina debut in 2018 and has five caps for his country.
