Junior Pius Confirms Transfer From Pacos Ferreira Is 80% Done With Vitoria Guimaraes Keen On His Services

‎Highly rated 23 year old Nigerian defender Junior Udeme Pius says there’s every chance that he could leave newly promoted top division side Pacos de Ferreira for another top division side.

Udeme showed his worth at Pacos after joining them on loan from Tondela by making 29 appearances in the league and scoring three goals with three assists from his position as a central defender.

Although Pacos have the option of signing him on a two year deal after the expiration of his loan deal ‎, teams have not given up on the chance of doing a deal for him this summer.

Per reports in the Portuguese press, Vitoria de Guimaraes who were 5th last season in the top flight in Portugal and are coached by his former trainer at Porto B Luis Castro ‎are few details away from signing him.

Reacting to the story, the defender who stands at over six feet tall exclusively told Owngoalnigeria.com that he is 80% sure of leaving Pacos in the summer and Vitoria Guimaraes are indeed in talks to sign him.

” I don’t know where my future lies because I have lot of interest from teams in and outside Portugal. 80% sure that I won’t be at Pacos next season. I know of the interest of Vitoria de Guimaraes and they are speaking with my club just like other clubs too. There’s possibility that I will leave Pacos”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com in an exclusive chat.
