All Football Season-defining Power Rankings: Liverpool dominate, Chelsea on 7th

Hello again! We organize clubs of Europe's top leagues into an order that reflects the up-to-the-minute hierarchy every Tuesday. 

The rankings are a season-long measurement of clubs, tracking teams throughout 2018-19 and taking into account results from all competitions. Our rankings consider advanced stats, full-season play and recent performance with some gut feeling mixed in. 

Sides that have lost the fewest games naturally rank higher—though the strength of opposition met in a loss is considered—and both UEFA Champions/Europa League form and presence are used as tiebreakers for those with similar records. Teams that gather big wins against strong opponents get a boost.

10. Arsenal

Sorry, but no more Emery Cup this time.

Arsenal were destroyed by Chelsea in a 4-1 Europa League final loss, stripped off the only chance to qualify for Champions League.

It has been the first time that Emery failed to lift the trophy in a Europa League final.

9. PSG

PSG already finished as Ligue 1 winner.

8. Ajax 

Ajax already finished with a domestic double.

7. Chelsea

Sarri won his first trophy in his coaching career to cap his first season with Blues.

Hazard ended his Chelsea career with a brilliant double as Chelsea thrashed Arsenal 4-1 to lift Europa League trophy.

Third in Premier League, winner of Europa League, can we say Sarri's debut season at Stamford Bridge a good one?

6. Bayern

Bayern already finished with a domestic double.

5. Tottenham

It was a pity but Spurs have been good enough in their first ever Champions League final. 

Son had some good chance but was denied by super Alisson as Tottenham lost to Liverpool in Champions League final.

Pochettino's side completed heroic works to reach their first ever final, as they said, they will be back again.

4. Juventus

Juventus already finished as Serie A winner.

3. Barcelona

Barcelona already finished as La Liga winner

2. Man City

Man City already finished with record domestic treble

1. Liverpool

Allez! Allez! Allez! Liverpool become Champions of Europe for the 6th time.

Salah's redemption combined with Origi's revival as Liverpool down Spurs 2-0 to clinch Champions League trophy.

The first final win in last 7 occasions saw Klopp lift his first title since his arrival at Liverpool.
