As 2018/19 season is coming to an end, All Football takes a look at the biggest transfer news and rumours from all across Europe.
Griezmann's Barca move pushes Coutinho towards Chelsea!
Antoine Griezmann’s move to Barcelona would edge Philippe Coutinho closer to Chelsea providing they are granted a period of grace to sign players by the Court of Arbitration in Sport CAS.
Barcelona will not be able to afford Griezmann’s £104m transfer – to be paid in full on July 1 – and his £15m net wages without selling players and they are optimistic that Coutinho’s move to Chelsea will happen and so go some way to helping them balance the books.
That would open the way for Coutinho who – of all the possibilities open to him this summer – is understood to be open to the idea of moving to London to join Brazilian team-mates Willian and David Luiz.
Sources close to Barcelona say they are convinced they have Griezmann this time but many in Catalunya believed he was theirs last summer before he changed his mind and stayed.
Lacazette is on Barca official website?
On Wednesday, an image of Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette's profile on the Barcelona website did the rounds, leading to a number of rumours.
There was no photograph of Lacazette, who has been linked with the Catalans, but there is a profile page with his details, such as his date of birth.
The club's website could have been hacked or it could have been an IT error. It certainly is not the same as what happened with Nike, when Philippe Coutinho's signing was leaked on the website before he officially signed.
Madrid conduct initial talks with Salah?
According to Canal +, Real Madrid have apparently established initial contact with Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah with a view to making a summer transfer happen.
Liverpool talisman and one of the three Premier League golden boot winners Mohamed Salah has been contacted by Real Madrid, according to journalist Philippe Carayon on CANAL + Sport show The Late Football Club.
Despite enjoying a wildly successful season in the Premier League, accumulating 97 points, and booking a spot in the finals of the Champions League, Mo Salah is reportedly not happy at Liverpool after a falling out with coach Jurgen Klopp.
PSG dreaming of Liverpool hitman Firmino...
BBC Sport claim that PSG are interested in signing Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino this summer.
The Brazilian has been a mainstay in Jurgen Klopp's side since joining from Hoffenheim in 2015.
And BBC Sport claim that Thomas Tuchel has his 'eyes on' the striker, though the Reds would not consider a bid.
But even if Tuchel persuaded the club to bid for Firmino, there is very little chance Liverpool would accept a deal.
Real Madrid in talks over €50m-rated Lyon left-back
Real Madrid continue their work organising their squad for next season and have made their choice over who they want to bolster the left-back position: Ferland Mendy, Lyon’s 23-year old Frenchman.
According to AS sources, the defender is an express request from Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane, who is not convinced Reguilón is a suitable replacement for Marcelo.
How Thomas could help Atletico to sign Icardi...
Thomas Partey could be the key to unlocking the impasse when it comes to Atletico Madrid hoping to land Inter striker Mauro Icardi according to a report from Tuttosport.
Following Antoine Griezmann's announcement that he wishes to leave Los Colchoneros during the upcoming Summer transfer window, Atleti are on the lookout for someone to replace the Frenchman.
They have identified 26-year-old Argentine international Icardi as a player who could potentially replace him at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The Turin based newspaper report that by presenting a solid cash offer plus Thomas Partey, they could secure Icardi.
Brandt prefers Dortmund move to Premier League
Liverpool & Tottenham target Julian Brandt is expected to join Borussia Dortmund if he decides to leave Bayer Leverkusen this summer, according to Sky Sports in Germany.
However, Brandt is set to stay at Leverkusen if they finish in the Champions League places, which they can still do if they better Borussia Monchengladbach's result on the final weekend of the season.
Brandt is one of Germany's brightest young talents, having already earned 24 senior caps for his country and scored two goals, and he reportedly has a release clause of just £21.5m.
