Man Utd 'agree to sign 14-year-old Norwegian prospect Isak Hansen-Aaroen'

Manchester United have reportedly beaten Liverpool and Everton to the signing of Isak Hansen-Aaroen.

In-demand teenager Hansen-Aaroen has been pulling up trees and earning rave reviews for Tromso's youth sides for the last couple of years.

Norway under 15 ace Hansen-Aaroen has already impressed at Carrington during a trial, having also spent time with Liverpool and Everton.

But according to  iTromso  , the striker has chosen United as his preferred destination - following the likes of Joshua King and current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is moving from Norway to Old Trafford.

United will splash £90,000 on Hansen-Aaroen but won't be able to move to Manchester until August 22 next year, when he turns 16, due to FIFA regulations on youth players moving overseas.

Tromso sporting director Svein-Morten Johansen said last October: "We have had very positive discussions with Manchester United .

"Of course there is a long way to go, but we are working well with Isak's family about an agreement.

"We are positive that this will be good for all parties.

"In the first instance we are looking at some kind of cooperation agreement, where the goal is to develop the player so that he may end up going over and playing for them.

"Isak has always been a good player, and he is a sensible lad.

"He is good for his age, and although there is a long way to go he has every reason to succeed."
