Rivals on the field, a couple off of it

Britain's Youngest Football Boss, the BBC Three documentary, highlights the relationship of Swiss footballers Alisha Lehmann and Ramona Bachmann.

Lehmann plays as a striker for West Ham while Bachmann plays for London rivals Chelsea in the same position, and the pair previously faced off in the Woman's Super League.

A couple off the field and rivals off of it, the Swiss duo opened up on their relationship.

"There are many positive things in being with someone who does what you do.

"She knows what I think and I also understand her," says Bachmann.

Lehmann spoke of looking up to the Chelsea star from a young age.

"Ramona was my idol when I began playing football.

"She is very good, technical and fast.

"But if she scores, I will feel really bad," Lehmann stated ahead of the game.

In the end, Chelsea won and Bachmann contributed with two goals.
