All Football Power Rankings of the Week: Chelsea out, Arsenal in as City go top

Hello again! We organize clubs of Europe's top 5 leagues into an order that reflects the up-to-the-minute hierarchy every Tuesday.
The rankings are a season-long measurement of clubs, tracking teams throughout 2018-19 and taking into account results from all competitions. Our rankings consider advanced stats, full-season play and recent performance with some gut feeling mixed in.
Sides that have lost the fewest games naturally rank higher—though the strength of opposition met in a loss is considered—and both UEFA Champions/Europa League form and presence are used as tiebreakers for those with similar records. Teams that gather big wins against strong opponents get a boost.

Chelsea have been dumped out after huge Man City humiliation as Arsenal return to 10th place.
10. Arsenal
Arsenal overtook Chelsea on the fifth place of Premier League table after Huddersfield win.
Iwobi & Lacazette found the net as Arsenal sealed a 2-1 win over Huddersfield.
The win saw them just 1 point behind 4th-placed Man Utd, overtaking Chelsea with more goals scored.
9. Dortmund
Dortmund incredibly blew away a three-goal lead in a 3-3 home draw with Hoffenheim.
Sancho & Gotze scored but Dortmund let a 3-goal lead slip in a 15-min span in the second half in a 3-3 draw with Hoffenheim.
Now, second-placed Bayern are 5 points off the top, can BVB hold on to realize their title dream?
8. Paris Saint-Germain
PSG bounced back from Lyon defeat with slim win over Bordeaux.
Cavani converted the penalty after being forced off with an apparent injury as PSG beat Bordeaux 1-0.
No Neymar, no Cavani... Will Tuchel's side be able to overcome blistering Solskjaer in Champions League?
7. Real Madrid
Real Madrid defeated city rivals Atletico after Copa draw with Barcelona.
Vazquez opened the scoring in 1-1 Clasico draw to hand Real Madrid slender advantage in Copa del Rey semis.
In La Liga, Casemiro, Ramos & Bale grabbed a 3-1 wild derby win over Atletico to go second in La Liga.
6. Man United
Finally, Man United reached Premier League top 4 capitalizing Chelsea's huge defeat.
Solskjaer got his 10th win in his first 11 Man Utd game as Pogba & Martial delivered a 3-0 away win over Ranieri's Fulham.
With Chelsea suffering humiliation, in-form Red Devils finally reached top 4 with PSG clash around the corner.
5. Tottenham Hotspur
Son continued shining in Spurs' victory in sight of Kane's return.
Davinson Sanchez bagged home debut Spurs goal as Son & Eriksen sealed a 3-1 win over Leicester City.
Pochettino's side are now 5 points behind the top place of Premier League table, nothing is impossible!
4. Liverpool
Liverpool returned to winning ways and could surpass Man City with a game in hand.
Salah, Mane & Wijaldum were on the scoring sheet as Liverpool thrashed Bournemouth 3-0 at Anfield.
After dropping 4 points in 2 games, Liverpool are now in tough competition with defending champions Man City.
3. Barcelona
2-2, 1-1, 0-0... Fatigue Barcelona suffered three consecutive draws.
Malcom to the rescue as Barcelona shared a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid in the first leg of Copa del Rey semi-finals.
In La Liga, Ter Stegen defended Catalans well but they were held in a goalless draw at Athletic Club.
2. Juventus
Ronaldo-inspired Juventus returned to winning ways and go 11 points clear of Serie A.
Ronaldo scored a header and laid on an assist for Emre Can in Juventus' 3-0 away win over Sassuolo.
The stunning header marked the Portuguese's 20th goal at Juventus, extending his scoring streak with 20+ goals to a 13th consecutive season.
1. Man City
Man City went top of Premier League with one more game played than Liverpool.
Aguero continued his form with his 11th Premier League hat-trick as Man City demolished Chelsea with a 6-0 win.
After Liverpool's consecutive slip-ups in recent weeks, Guardiola's side now boast full confidence to defend their Premier League title.
