Empoli sign Sassuolo defender Cristian Dell’Orco on loan

Empoli have officially signed left-back Cristian Dell’Orco from Sassuolo on loan with an obligation to buy.
Dell’Orco made just 37 appearances for Sassuolo in three-and-a-half-seasons and moves to an Empoli side who have already signed Kevin Diks, Marko Pajac and Diego Farias on deadline day.
Prior to the Neroverdi, the former Italy Under-20 international played for Novara, Parma and Ascoli.
